Growing up in Ocean City, I Have seen areas that can flood pretty badly during a storm or during a high tide weather event. My goal is to keep you out of those areas the best we can. It's not always so obvious which areas flood when you are in Ocean City on a typical sunny day. I have seen some streets flood with waist high water after a high tide/ storm. Call me and I will let you know what I know. Every property on the island is required to have flood insurance, But that doesn't mean some areas aren't much better than others. There are many agents that are just not that familiar with Ocean City...I grew up in OC. That matters!
